Privacy Notice 

In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties hereinafter referred to as the "LAW", this Privacy Notice is issued in the following terms:

- RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL DATA
For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, Corporativo QRH, SA DE CV, (hereinafter "QRH") with address located at Paseo de Los Enamorados 115, Int. 6, Colonia Balaustradas, Querétaro, QRO, is responsible (hereinafter the "RESPONSIBLE"), of the obtaining, disclosure, storage, use, treatment, handling, and / or disposition of the personal data that it collects from its clients (hereinafter the "HOLDERS").

In accordance with the policies of the CONTROLLER, the latter will not request any information that, in the terms of the LAW, is understood as sensitive data, such as: religion, sexual preferences, political opinions, among others. QRH supports and encourages diversity, which is why it promotes avoiding the practice of any discriminatory act or the request for any information that could imply an act of discrimination.

- PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The PERSONAL DATA that is collected through QRH, is intended to:
(i) Contact our clients to provide advice on our services, as well as the technical support and specialized support that they will require regarding our services;
(ii) Sending new and updating information about our services;
(iii) Contact our clients for the purpose of conducting quality evaluation surveys of the service contracted with QRH;
(iv) Make invitations to our clients to talks, conferences and exhibitions regarding the services offered by QRH;
(v) Celebration of the contracts that are necessary to formalize the provision of the service, and

(vi) Follow up on the collection acts that, depending on each particular case, are
come to require.

In the same way, the personal data collected may be used and processed so that the CONTROLLER can meet legal requirements of competent authorities regarding them, in which case they must give prior notice to the HOLDERS of the PERSONAL DATA.

- EXCEPTIONS
It is exempted from granting the consent of the HOLDER, those cases provided for in articles 10 and 37 of the LAW, in which it is not necessary for the HOLDER to expressly grant their consent, for the processing of their personal data, therefore, the Its absence or its refusal, if applicable, does not prevent or prevent QRH from treating your PERSONAL DATA in terms of the LAW and other applicable regulations.

- OPTIONS AND MEANS THAT THE CONTROLLER OFFERS TO THE HOLDERS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA.
The PERSONAL DATA of the HOLDERS will be treated under the strictest confidentiality, taking care of the administrative, physical and technical security measures that the CONTROLLER implements in its internal security policies and procedures, avoiding the possible illegal disclosure of data and limiting its use to what established in this Privacy Notice.
 

- MEANS TO EXERCISE THE RIGHTS OF THE HOLDER
At any time, the HOLDER by their own right or through their duly accredited legal representative, may exercise the rights of Access, Rectification when they consider that they are erroneous or inaccurate, Cancellation in case they consider that the data is not treated properly and / or Opposition in case you do not want your data to be processed for specific purposes (hereinafter the exercise of ARCO rights). The exercise of one of the aforementioned rights does not prevent the exercise of the other and neither is a presupposition for the exercise of another.

The response period for your request will be 20 (twenty) business days from the day the request to exercise the corresponding ARCO rights was received. For the treatment of your PERSONAL DATA, when it is no longer your wish as OWNER, that QRH continue to use them. To do this, you must submit a request in the aforementioned terms for the exercise of ARCO rights. The procedure to be followed will be the same as that provided in the preceding paragraphs. If your request is appropriate, your data will stop being processed by QRH.

- CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
Any change to this Privacy Notice will be informed through the following means:
1. By email that will be sent to you personally.
2. By publication on the website of the CONTROLLER
3. Through advertisements in the visible place of the OPERATIONAL area of the RESPONSIBLE.
Likewise, the HOLDERS are informed that the Privacy Notice may be modified at any time in order to address legislative developments, as well as modification of QRH internal policies.
If the purposes for which your PERSONAL DATA is processed are modified, if necessary, your consent, either express or tacit, will be requested again depending on the particular case.

- CONSENT OF THE HOLDER
